Andy is Group Sales Support Director and Divisional Finance Director for the Capita Group, the UK's leading business process outsourcer. He has extensive experience of designing and leading complex mutli-million pound outsourcing solutions and acquisitions across a range of sectors including financial services, life and pensions, general insurance, retail, central and local government.
Prior to joining Capita, Andy was Deputy Chief Executive of a local authority where he was responsible for leading a major transformation programme.
Andy has an MBA from Henley Business School and is also a Chartered Civil Engineer.
In his spare time, Andy supports an NGO working with Aids Orphans in Malawi. In addition to fund raising he makes regular trips to Africa to assist with developing the work on the ground.
Andy is married to Jan and has 4 children aged 13 - 21. He lives in Oxford and is a member of St Andrews C of E church.
